Thank you for choosing Time Machine Event Rentals! Please review the following information before booking your rental.

💳 Booking & Payments

All promotions are valid for 60 days from the date they are posted on our social media pages.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event.
Final payment is due 1 week before your scheduled event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund. The renter may reschedule within 12 months, subject to availability. If no date is selected within 12 months, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
We do deliver after Noon, however any pick up after 7PM will be subject to an overnight fee of $25 and picked up between 7AM-Noon the following day. (Unless different agreements have been made.)
Rentals lasting 3 days will be charged per day, per rental and we will waive the overnight fee.
Please give us up to 24 hours to respond to your quotes.

Free delivery is available within Livingston County.
A $25 delivery fee applies to locations outside Livingston County (up to 50 miles).
Locations more than 50 miles away are subject to an additional $1 per mile beyond the first 50 miles.
Delivery times are between 7AM and Noon.
Pick up times are between 3PM and 7PM.
A responsible adult (18+) must be present during delivery and pickup.
We will arrive within the window, deliver to the event area, secure special rentals, provide a safety walkthrough, and have you sign the delivery form before we leave.
During the rental period, the renter is fully responsible for supervising the equipment and ensuring all safety rules are followed.
At the end of your event, we will return to remove the rentals from the event site.

Please ensure the setup area and the path leading to it are level and free of pet waste, toys, rocks, sticks, and other debris.
If your bounce house will be set up on grass, you must contact Miss Dig 811 at least 3 business days before your event to have underground utilities marked. Call 811 or 800-482-7171, or visit Michigan – 811 Before You Dig to schedule your utility locate.
If your setup location is concrete or another surface where staking is not possible, please let us know before booking so we can plan for alternative anchoring.
A dedicated electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area is required.
For wet rentals, a working water source within 50 feet of the setup area is required.
A $25 water add-on fee applies to all bounce houses booked for wet use.
Please notify us before booking if your event is at a park, school, HOA, or other venue that requires proof of insurance, an additional insured certificate, or other documentation.

Adult supervision (18+) is required at all times while equipment is in use.
Shoes, food, drinks, gum, silly string, pets, and sharp objects are not permitted inside inflatable units.
Visibly dirty feet need to be wet and cleaned before entering the bounce house.

Tables and chairs are delivered stacked. The renter is responsible for arranging them unless setup service is purchased.
Table and chair setup is available for $1 per item.

For the safety of our customers, we cannot set up bounce houses during unsafe weather conditions, including:
- Sustained winds greater than 15 MPH
- Lightning
- Severe storms
If Time Machine Event Rentals must cancel your rental due to unsafe weather conditions, you may choose to reschedule your rental or receive a full refund.
